Yes It Can 2.0: Old and New Frontiers in the Study of the Human Unconscious

In this talk I will succinctly present the argument and data that led to the view I developed in Yes It Can 1.0: Every fundamental, basic level function that we can consciously perform we can also perform non-consciously. I will then go on to present new challenges that my lab took upon itself following this understanding: (1) We are now conducting conversations with the human unconscious (read as: asking questions and getting answers), and plan on comparing conscious to unconscious conversations; (2) we now examine how unconscious processes determine the richness of conscious experiences.
